We may also partner with other regional couriers depending on your location.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for all orders within Pakistan. You can choose to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Please note that COD charges may apply depending on the courier service and your location.

  • COD is available for all cities and towns where our courier partners operate.

  • The COD charge, if applicable, will be added to your total order amount at checkout.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of your order.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment through our courier partners.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the delivery location).

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time (up to 10 business days).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or delays in transit.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the products you order and your delivery location.

  • COD orders may include an additional COD fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or contact their customer service for updates.

7. Order Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays, damages, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

At the moment, we are only offering shipping within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our services to offer international shipping in the future.
